Order Processing
All orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Brooklyn, NY location.

Carriers
We ship using major U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, & FedEx.

Shipping Options (U.S. Only)

• Standard (3–5 business days): $4.99 — Free on orders over $100
• Expedited (2 business days): $29.99

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available, but we plan to expand in the future.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Address Changes & Cancellations
Please email cs@shopmetallo.com within 30 minutes of placing your order for any changes. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly. Our team can assist with filing a claim when needed.
