We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition.

Items must be returned in the original jewelry box and packaging they were received in.

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping – a flat rate of $4.99. We will provide you with a return label and deduct the shipping cost from the total refund.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item:

Log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button.

Alternatively, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is submitted or approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Pack the item securely in its original jewelry box and ship it back to us.

We’ll notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
